Our client operates a global business out of Dublin.
Their established legal team is now ready to hire an additional Lawyer who will support the international business.
This position will suit Corporate Lawyers with min. 6 years pqe.
This is a collegiate and supportive team who enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
No travel required, but if you want to travel to visit clients this is an option.
Our client is open to in-house counsel or senior associates/partners coming from the corporate department of a leading firm.

- You must have experience and an understanding of complex corporate structures, JVs, shareholder agreements etc.
- This is a broad based role where you will also take responsibility for complex, high value commercial contracts.
