We are looking for a process driven technical lead with Site Reliability Engineering background or software development background. The role is a global role to lead and establish a capacity management framework and best parctices.

- Introduce industry best practices to capacity monitoring, management and forecasting
- Partnering with Production Resiliency/Site Reliability Engineering functions across the group to integrate the capacity management process into the wider SRE framework
- Devise a strategy, develop a roadmap and a framework
- Champion the rollout of capacity governance and control processes across all lines of business
- Provide people leadership & serve as the technical point of contact and mentoring of team members
- Build a new dedicated team
Requirements:
- Over 10 years’ experience as a systems engineer or software developer
- Extensive experience managing SRE teams in a large-scale organization
- Breath of technical experience across technology architecture, design and development
- Extensive knowledge of distributed architectures
- Experience of rolling out firm wide strategic initiatives
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams and at all levels
