Our client is a leading Irish plc with a substantial legal team based in Dublin.
They are now keen to hire a Corporate Solicitor who will work alongside the Corporate Legal Director.
This will suit corporate solicitors with 1-3 years pqe.
You will get significant exposure to the C-suite and have a quality deal flow. This is a well supported team, so there is always an effort made to ensure a good work life balance, something that is more achievable in a well-resourced team.
The organisation has gone through an exciting steam of M&A activity so there are genuine opportunities for progression and career advancement (this company has a structured approach to promotions and wants people to move to to senior roles eventually).
