The Panel is  engaged to source Senior Transfer Agency Oversight Administrator on a permanent basis on behalf of a reputable Multinational financial services corporation.                                                                                

The JOB

•  Delivering excellent client service to our client whilst adhering to regulatory requirements at all times.

•  Ensure tasks are completed in line with industry standards, FIL policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

•  Ensure deliverables are met in an accurate and timely manner 

•  Provide independent oversight of and challenge activities performed by the TPAs.
•  Demonstrate an understanding of key regulatory updates 

•  Ongoing review of Service Level Agreements

•   Be able and understand the importance of managing  risk

Personal Development

•  Attend relevant training required to understand regulatory, compliance landscape.

•   Work with your manager to identify development needs and complete this in a timely manner.

•   Identify additional personal development areas through applications like Talent Market Place, Cornerstone, LinkedIn learning.

The candidate
•   Previous experience in a Transfer Agency / client servicing role

•    Experience in the investor on boarding and/or ongoing Due Diligence area 

•    Excellent communication skills 

•    Strong attention to detail
