Main duties and responsibilities
(Financial Reporting Assistant Manager)
The job
- Responsible for all aspects of the fund financial reporting services to specified clients;
- Resolve queries arising from auditors, clients and third parties
- Plan the accounts preparation/audit process and the timetables for assigned funds in advance of year/period end ensuring that all parties are in agreement
- Monitor progress of accounts preparation and audit against timetable for assigned funds and following up to ensure that all deadlines are met
- Liaise with internal teams (Valuations, TA etc,) on behalf of the auditors.
The candidate
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA); - 5 years of experience in auditing/accounts preparation in financial services environment
- Big 4 FS Audit background focusing on investment management is highly desirable
