Our client in legal industry is looking to hire an experienced IT support personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as a member of a close-knit technical support team that offers professional services clients round-the-clock end user support.
- Solving a variety of technical problems of different complexity.
- Delivering top-notch end-user technical support both locally and remotely.
- Coordinating with the Infrastructure support, Applications, and tech support teams to escalate and look at more complicated issues.
- Helping to maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10, Mac OS X, and Apple iOS devices.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 1–2 years working on an IT service desk providing end-user support.
- Experience with Windows 10, Mac OS X, Apple iOS, Office 365, service desk ticketing systems, inventory management software, MDM platforms, Active Directory, and Microsoft Products - Office, Exchange, Teams, Endpoint Protection software.
