My client, a house-hold name and leading services provider is currently seeking a PQ or recently qualified Accountant to join their Drogheda-based finance team for a 12-month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Support for monthly financial reporting process
- Preparation of balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
- Statutory filings (Statutory accounts, Revenue returns, Statistics returns)
- Management of group cash-flow and foreign currency
- Commercial incentive rebate tracking and verification
- Support and cover for payroll processing
- Additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Part/New Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in similar role
- Experience in the energy sector an advantage
- Strong aptitude for financial analysis, Excellent computer skills, Advanced Microsoft Excel
