Group Finance Transformation Programme Manager

As part of a global team, the Group Finance Transformation Programme Manager will be a pivotal figure delivering transformation of multiple group-wide financial processes and systems. The ideal candidate will gain an understanding of all workflows, identify areas of opportunity, and utilise their technical skills and leverage technology to improve processes and current and future systems.
The focus is to scale and improve in terms of efficiency, accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate must be able to use a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented approach to interacting with team members and other non-Finance colleagues, collectively delivering on the finance transformation.

Requirements:

1. Expertise in large scale transformations encompassing finance process redesign, service delivery model development, and technology implementations
2. Experience in end-to-end finance process improvements
3. Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across jurisdictions
4. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications 
5. Exposure to Infor SunSystems would be highly advantageous
