Our client is a fast growing financial services company with a European footprint. They are building a new team to contribute and deliver improvement initiatives across the group. The Process Improvement Specialist will contribute to achieve continuous improvements to ensure sustainable change.
Responsibilities include:
• Supports the Senior Programme Manager with gathering data and analysis to manage the operational excellence change portfolio
• Deliver selected Operational Excellence initiatives
• Contact point for Operational Excellence related questions
• Develop and maintain Operational Excellence tools to increase the efficiency of data gathering and analysis
• Identify improvement projects in close collaboration with other business units
Required:
• Min 3 years of experience in strategic or operational excellence consulting
• Experience in continuous improvement programmes
• Experience in and Lean Six Sigma projects; Green Belt is required
• Result oriented and has excellent communication skills
