Our client, a global FMCG brand, is currently seeking a Global HR Business Partner to join their Dublin city centre-based HR team.
You will work closely with the HR Director and will support the consistent and transparent adoption of people practices across all Divisions, partnering closely with local business unit HR teams as appropriate. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to work on key HR strategies that will impact the global business
Ideal Candidate

Ideal Candidate
- 5 years + HR experience, ideally gained in an international organisation / environment.
- 2 years + at Business Partner level or equivalent.
- HR qualification or CIPD accreditation would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at various levels of the organisation.
