Paul has been with The Panel since 1991 after working for two years with Hays in London, recruiting tradesmen for construction sites. With the founder of the business Brendan Burgess, Paul helped grow The Accountants Panel (as it was called then) into a key player in the financial recruitment market.
Paul subsequently set up a sister company, The IFSC Panel which is now subsumed into The Panel. Paul, with the other partners in the business, has helped transform The Panel into a multi-disciplinary recruitment business.
Paul manages his own portfolio of clients, recruiting across the “C” suite in Ireland and overseas. He is seen as a trusted advisor by candidates and clients alike and is highly networked.
Fun fact: Paul’s mother sent in his CV to Brendan Burgess after seeing a small ad in The Irish Times…
