Our client is a leading professional services firm based in Dublin city.
They are interested in speaking with experienced HR Directors to cover an 18 month interim position.
You will have min. 10 years' experience in Human Resources (5 of which must be at management level).
This role will require you to work on both the operational and strategic side of HR. There are strong growth plans for the next few years, so it's essential that you can add value across the HR function in order to support the company’s high performance culture.
This position will suit a HR professional who has previous experience in a professional services firm (law firm, accountancy firm, management consultancy).

- Develop and implement strategic and operational HR policies and programmes
- Define and implement a local HR strategy for Ireland which is in line with the vision for the broader business and lead its promotion internally as well as externally in the market
- Ensure coordination and implementation of main HR processes, programs and policies (performance management, annual compensation review, executive development review, talent management review, engagement plans, staff costs budget
- Oversee recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
- Drive and execute recruitment and on-boarding for key senior positions Manage employee relations Leadership experience is also essential.
