Investment Funds Lawyer - In-House

Our client a leading investment manager is hiring for an Investment Management Lawyer to work with their legal team in Dublin.
This role sits with the broader EMEA legal team and the successful candidate will be hired at VP level.
This opportunity will suit candidates with 6 to 9 years PQE.

This position supports the Irish manco, so experience advising on the regulation and governance of management company operations in Ireland and familiarity with applicable regulation including UCITS Directive, AIFMD and MIFID II is required.
You will also be expected to advise on the establishment, structuring and ongoing regulation of investment funds working closely with overseas counsel in EU member states with respect to the establishment and marketing of investment funds in those jurisdictions.
