Our client is a very successful boutique Irish law firm.
Due to ongoing growth across the business they are now keen to hire an additional Partner to the Corporate Team.
The department advises on a range of corporate transactions, corporate restructurings and commercial agreements.
They work with clients on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, venture capital and private equity, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, IT contracts, outsourcings, commercial contracts and general commercial matters for an impressive client charter.
