They are looking to recruit a diligent experienced Company Secretary to join the Company Secretarial team.
You will be part of a team that provides both compliance & specialist company secretarial services to a dynamic client base.
You will be managing a team of 2 on a day-to day basis and reporting to the Senior Manager Company Secretary
- Candidates for this job must have 3 years’ experience
- ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary
- Experience in a legal or accountancy firm is essential for this role
