Our client, a global asset management company, is currently hiring for a HR Generalist to join their established team.
This entity employs over 100 people in Dublin and have exciting plans to grow and expand the Dublin office in the coming 18 months.
Dublin city location, with hybrid working.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a HR Generalist with c. 3 years’ experience to join a high-profile investment manager.
You will be mentored and guided by a senior professional on the team – helping you to manage your own career development.
Our client is looking for an ambitious HR professional who values working in the financial services industry and who wants to join a firm that will value their contribution in turn.
You will take responsibility for the A – Z of HR work for a number of business units within the organisation.
This is a broad-ranging, hands-on role where you will be expected to develop and maintain HR policies within the business, conduct performance reviews and appraisals, and oversee the recruitment and selection process.
Assist with the development and implementation of training programmes for Internship Programmes and staff.
You will also carry out various HR administrative duties.
Experience of on-boarding is a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will work alongside a senior HR professional in Dublin, as well as a HR team based in London.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and the gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders is essential.
Ideal candidates will have
Strong Generalist HR experience
CIPD membership is preferred
3 years’ experience in a large corporate (preferably an international organisation)
Financial services or professional services experience
