Our client is a global reinsurance company, are currently recruiting for the newly created Company Secretary Assistant role to join their Dublin office. You will be to work alongside an impressive leadership team in a collaborative and supportive environment
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the delivery of efficient, effective & high-quality company secretarial services.
- Assisting in minute taking & preparation for boards & committee meetings.
- Supporting the collection, collation, upload & distribution of board & committee papers, using Diligent (company secretarial system), including liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting with the coordination of board meetings & committee meetings & the development & management of a company secretarial reporting calendar
Candidates for this job must have 1-3 years experience
