Our client is a plc involved in commercial property investment and development in Ireland, UK, and Continental Europe. The company is currently seeking an Office Manager /Administrator to join their team in Dublin City North.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, processing, filing and scanning invoices, payments, and accounting and vat
- Managing documentation relating to company secretarial records, tax returns and financial statements
- Managing and filing financial, company secretarial and property records.
- Ordering stationery and maintaining office equipment
- Booking corporate travel
- Maintaining minutes and statutory records
- Assisting in preparation of information for Board and Shareholder meetings
- Assisting in production of annual report and organising AGM.
- Inputting invoices and payments in to accounting system
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience of accounts software an advantage
- 5 days in Office
