The Panel are working exclusively with a long established, boutique Life & Pensions brokerage. The company has enjoyed strong growth and is looking for a talented Client Services & Operations Manager to join the team.
The Job:
- Responsible for the delivery of a strong client services offering
- Strong focus on improvement of procedures/processes.
- Regular reporting to,& interaction with, the MD
- Help manage the various mediums of client contact
- Participate in hiring, training and strategy planning
- Manage the team workflow and output
The Person:
- Strong understanding of the Life & Pensions industry
- Experience within a Life & Pensions Brokerage desirable
- Good working knowledge of Life Insurance, Pensions & Investment products essential
- Min 4 years in a direct People Management position
- Strong communication skills across all levels
