My client, a leading player in the construction industry, is currently seeking a Sales Manager (Digital Channel) to join their Dublin-based firm. This role reports to the Commercial Director and works alongside the National Sales team across all divisions to develop and grow the digital sales channel through new and existing business.

Responsibilities:
- Direct the digital sales function, identifying strategic sustainable growth opportunities
- Continually examine and improve the digital channel in the light of market changes
- Determine and implement a digital sales strategy for all product divisions
- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
- Generate regular reports on sales forecasts and performance
- Engage with all key suppliers, continually looking for new product opportunities
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Conduct market research, trends, competitor & customer analysis
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess/improve relationships
Requirements:
- Business or Marketing Degree
- Min. 2 years’ experience with a construction related company an advantage
- Extensive knowledge of digital sales end-to-end processes an advantage
- Experienced manager with a proven track record of implementing sales strategy/growth
- Strong powers of persuasion, negotiation and influence
- Strong communicator with interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Strong Focus on customer service.
- Full Clean Driving License.
