The Panel is engaged to source a DP Support Manager (permanent role) on behalf of a reputable Global Investment Company. This position will be based in Dublin city centre.
The Job
- Oversight and control of the various Third-Party Administrators
- Performance of internal duties on behalf of the Group’s Dublin fund management company
- Assisting Designated Persons in all aspects of their role
- Monitoring key performance indicators from service providers
- Overseeing the operational responsibilities of various funds
- Assistance in the production & review of internal management reporting
- Review of weekly, monthly, and annual NAVs as well as management accounts
- Provide team cover at all levels
The Candidate
- Strong knowledge of Funds activities
- Monitoring and control experience
- Financial accounting & management reporting
- Forecasting
- Knowledge of funds industry regulatory requirements in Ireland
- An accounting qualification would be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Preferably a professional accountancy qualification
- Experience working in fund and investment management or fund administration
- Desire to work in a dynamic middle-office team
