The Panel is exclusively engaged to source Fund Distribution Designated Person role on behalf of a highly reputable Manco in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis
This is a Senior role where you will be required to manage ongoing responsibilities regarding onboarding and lifecycle events for distribution partners, specialising in the coordination of complex, high profile, and strategically important relationships across multiple regions.

This is a Senior role where you will be required to manage ongoing responsibilities regarding onboarding and lifecycle events for distribution partners, specialising in the coordination of complex, high profile, and strategically important relationships across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Perform function of Designated Person for distribution, with responsibility for preparing and presenting to the Board on matters related to distribution oversight
- Act as the subject matter expert for distribution oversight and develop a clear understanding of distribution partner models, regulatory requirements, and local market practices to drive solutions
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are being met, and assess any changes to successfully coordinate updates to policies, procedures, and systems as applicable
- Participate in, and present at, internal governance groups on distribution initiatives
- Develop and analyse reporting designed to monitor distribution activities and evaluate effectiveness
- Identify inefficiencies and drive enhancements with a view to increasing client service, controls, and scalability
- Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and governance documentation related to fund distribution
- Maintain internal controls and quality checks for the end-to-end distributor onboarding process, and escalate to Compliance, Legal and Senior Management as appropriate
- Manage onboarding and lifecycle events for distributors by leading on information gathering and review, approval collation, and coordination of external distribution partner and internal stakeholder discussions
- Manage team members locally in addition to being part of the International Shareholder Services team
Requirements
- Knowledge of regulatory environment as it relates to cross border fund distribution is essential
- Experience in AIFs and/or Private Fund vehicles preferred
- Client service focus with a control and risk mitigation mind-set
- Solution provision competency with exceptional judgement and ability to grasp concepts quickly
- Strong organizational, communication, time management, prioritisation, and analytical skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships to lead coordination of internal stakeholders and external counterparties
