Our client, a leading investment manager, is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Dublin city centre based finance team. The role reports directly to the Finance Director and you will be primarily responsible for financial reporting, corporate controllership and accounting policy for the Irish and UK corporate entities.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly closing entries
- Compile and maintain monthly management accounts
- Daily general ledger administration
- Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process
- Assist with the external audit process
- Preparation of financial statements under IFRS and FRS 102
- Assist with the completion of financial regulatory returns
- Monitor capital to ensure adherence with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- Ideally 2+ years post qualified experience (financial services or industry)
- Excellent Excel knowledge and general system proficiency
