Management Reports – Project Governance – Resource Planning - Planning – Financials - Budgets
The Project Management Office Manager oversee business projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget. They also ensure all team members uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution. The ideal candidate experience will include oversight, planning, executing, delivering and providing update on projects.
The ideal candidate will have
• 10+ years in project delivery, business transformation change and PMO with a degree in a relevant field
• Extensive portfolio management or PMO leadership experience required
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management
Responsibilities include
1. Create and maintain project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
2. Strong in resource planning and risk management
3. Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations
4. Good ability to influence others at all levels of the business
5. Excellent communications and presentation skills ( including monthly report updates and presentation to project execs)
6. Regular updates on Project Status v’s Project plans, Timelines, Budgets, Issues and Risks are actioned, workstreams updates and Resources
