Our client a leading investment management company is recruiting a Human Resources Specialist to join their Dublin Office. The role is part of a collaborative Europe HR team based in London.
You will be responsible to manage employee queries and administration requirements throughout the employment lifecycle, advising leaders and crew on Human Resources policies and procedures, and being the day-to-day contact for all operational and administrative HR requests. You will provide consultative coaching and support to crew and leaders and recommends solutions to management on business strategy and its effects on the crew.
Ideal Candidate:

Ideal Candidate:
- 5 Year experience in financial services or international company
- Knowledge of Irish employment law.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience..
