Our client, a European multinational manufacturing company, is currently recruiting for a HR manager to join their team.
While the position is based in Munster and take responsibility for HR for this site you will also be responsible for the Dublin site.
This position will report to the Group HR Lead based in Europe, with a dotted line to the GM of the site.
The role requires an experienced HR professional with broad-based, general HR experience.
You must have exposure to the A-Z of HR.
Min. 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Union experience is essential, as well as exposure to the workings of the WRC.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all HR issues, so you must have a hands-on and operational approach.
In addition, you will be expected to be a strategic thinker and be on hand to advise the Site Manager on what projects need to be implemented from a HR perspective.
You will work closely with colleagues in the other European locations on several projects each year.
