Our client, a large domestic manufacturing company based in Meath/ Cavan is currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join the HR Team. You will be a key influencer both within the HR function and with Management and other colleagues across the business.
You will be responsible to support a consistent and transparent adoption of people policies and practices across the business, promoting HR policies and systems as part of the Company’s People Strategy for talent attraction, development, and retention. Support and guide on employee relations issues including grievances and disciplinary matters. Designing and implementing initiatives, to develop and promote employee engagement and communications. Developing and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships with departments within the business, establishing professional credibility.

Idea Candidate
- 5+ Year experience in in a fast-paced HR environment,
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience in Industrial Relations
