Our client, a market leader in its sector is currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their South Dublin team. You will be working alongside the HR Manager.
You will be responsible:
- Review & Update HR related Policies & Procedures
- Managing the end-to end recruitment process for all vacancies
- Supporting the local management team to drive process improvements and with general administrative assistance
- Building relationships with stakeholders within the organisation (both locally and globally).
- Facilitating the annual global Performance Management & Talent Management Cycles.
- Managing the company induction and onboarding process for new starters.
- Reporting on HR KPI’s and metrics (FTE, retention etc) and running monthly/ad hoc reports.
- Training, planning, organising, and monitoring of training activities.
- Work with the relevant committee and management team to ensure employees are happy, feel supported and continue to evolve our employee wellbeing strategies.
- Conducting exit interviews with leavers and report findings back to management
Idea Candidate:
- Masters / Degree in Human Resources or similar.
- 2+ years previous experience in the general HR field in a standalone position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Package (Excel and Power Point applications).
- Proven abilities to manage large volumes of work and meet all desired deadlines.
- Positive can-do attitude and an ability to think outside of the box and work independently.
- Eagerness to learn quickly and contribute to a fast-growing company.
