Head of Finance (CFO) PCF 11 - Payments

Our client, an international payment processing company, is seeking a Head of Finance (CFO) (PCF-11) to join their new Dublin based team. The firm has been in business over 5 years and already is making strong profits. The firm have exciting plans for further growth in Europe, North America and Asia.

The Job

• Ensure that the business is conducted in line within the budgetary targets that the CEO (PCF-8) has set and the Board approved
• Focus on ensuring the company meets at all times the minimum capital requirements as set under Regulation 14 of the EMRs;
• Maintain at all times functional corporate and clients’ accounts
• Responsible for oversight of outsourcing of finance and accounting functions
• Manage all operational finance activities covering accounts payable, receivables accounting, monitoring and reporting;
• Prepare the required reports for submission to the regulatory authority in the manner and frequency provided for by the regulatory authority;

The Candidate

• Qualified accountant with min 8 years experience ideally payments or fintech experience
• Previously PCF-11 approved or looking to step up into a PCF role
• Ability to be hands on and strategic and interest in growing a payments business in Europe and beyond
