They are now keen to hire an additional Associate / Senior Associate for a role within their highly regarded Aviation Leasing Dept.
This opportunity will suit Solicitors with 3-6 years pqe.
This department is one of the best and most sought after asset finance units in the country, clients include multinational lessors, lenders and credit agencies based in Dublin and overseas.
As part of the team you will be acting for international and domestic aircraft owners, lessors and financiers on all aspects of cross-border aircraft and transport financing and leasing.
In particular you will be responsible for advisory work cutting-edge transactions and structures, syndicated financing, JVs, leveraged lease structures
