Our client, an independent corporate finance advisory specialist, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their corporate finance team.

- Working across a range of activities
- Developing and delivering broad corporate finance advice to clients
- Providing robust advice, supported as appropriate by financial modelling
- Managing, supporting and training more junior staff
- Developing relationships with the investors, lenders, etc on behalf of clients
- Developing client relationships
The Candidate
- At least 4 years’ experience within banking or corporate finance
- Demonstrable experience in execution of debt and/or M&A mandates
- Some experience in credit and project finance
- Experience in building financial models
- Experience of using financial models to support complex financial decision making
- Ambitious with a positive mindset
