Our client is one of Dublin’s well know established Theatres., is currently recruiting a Part time - HR Business Partner (HRBP) 3 Month Contract to join our team to work on a HR Project.
You will be responsible for all HR policies and procedures, data management, support the auto-enrolment process for pensions, implementation of a new HRIS system and lead the role out the new Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
You will be responsible for all HR policies and procedures, data management, support the auto-enrolment process for pensions, implementation of a new HRIS system and lead the role out the new Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4-5 years’ experience in a HR
- Excellent data management and analytical skills.
- Experience with HR systems implementation is a plus.
