Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Northumberland Road, D4
Type: Permanent Role
Working Arrangements: Hybrid
Reporting to: Partner, Banking & Treasury

Our Banking & Treasury practice has established itself as the recruiter of choice for most of the leading domestic and international banks, fintechs, wealth managers and financial services companies in Dublin. As we continue to grow our business from year to year we are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful banking & Treasury team.

The Role
- Managing an existing established portfolio of client companies
- Providing high quality recruitment services to clients.
- Seeking out new recruitment business on a continuous basis
- Working closely with a dynamic recruitment team.
- Meeting both clients and candidates on a daily basis
The Candidate
- Graduate in business or related business.
- Minimum five years work experience within financial services
- Some sales or relationship management exposure preferred
- Prior recruitment experience advantageous
- Outgoing and positive personality essential
- Ability to plan and organise own work effectively
- Strong communication skills and professional credibility
