Our client is looking to hire a “High Level” Administrative Assistant/PA to support a team. This dynamic role requires someone who is energetic, confident, resourceful, adaptable, innovative and can think independently.
Key requirements for this role: complex diary management, and travel arrangements. Manage department office supplies as needed. Prepares memos, correspondence, reports, meeting minutes and presentations, You must have excellent communication and proficient in systems (Micro, PowerPoint Excel etc.)
This role requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
You must have min. 2 years of experience in a similar role
