The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of compensation and benefit processes across the group, develop and implement effective governance processes. Support the Group Head of Reward in the development and implementation of the Reward strategy. Manage all compensation and benefits activities, also evaluate of existing compensation. You must be a strong relationship builder and manager and have the gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidate
- 6+ years’ experience in Reward and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business
- Experience delivering reward operations within a matrix organisation.
- Experience in working across a diverse, multi-disciplinary business.
- Experience in analysing complex situations and utilise data insights and metrics for effective decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
