You will be responsible for overseeing the HR function and providing strategic direction to ensure that the company attracts, develops, and retains the best talent. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage recruitment and selection process. Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance procedures and provide training and development opportunities for employees

Ideal Candidate
- 4-5 years’ experience in operations
- Degree in Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
