Our client is a leader in insurance and offer cutting-edge digital solutions to their customers. They’re currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in RPA and a passion for delivering innovative solutions across the entire software development lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, code, and test complex programs and scripts.
- Lead scoping, requirements, and prioritisation for medium-scale initiatives.
- Develop and model software applications, ensuring alignment with design standards.
- Provide technical expertise for system testing, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain application support processes.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives, resolving issues and strengthening customer relationships.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering their growth through personal development plans and skills-building.
- Drive knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the team.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise-level software development experience.
- Proficient in C/C++, Python, Java, .Net, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in UiPath and RPA tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere.
- Hands-on experience with Intelligent Automation (ICR/OCR, AI/ML).
- Strong API development and integration skills.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, and agile methodologies
