- Lead change management and organizational development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with HR-related legal requirements and industry regulations.
- Experience in developing and implementing L&D programs
- Expertise in change management and organizational development
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar industry
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience in people analytics
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law and HR compliance
