Our client, a leading privately owned investment firm, is currently seeking an Associate Director, Group FP&A to join their Dublin city centre based team. Working closely with the Head of Finance and reporting directly to the Head of Group FP&A. The Group FP&A team is highly visible to senior management with key reporting and analytical responsibilities across the group.Our client is open to candidates from Financial Services or the Tech industry.

The Job:
- Producing timely and accurate monthly and quarterly management reporting to the Head of Finance and the SLT.
- Managing the group’s annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
- Managing the group’s liquidity monitoring and cash flow forecasting process.
- Development, evolution, and maintenance of the group wide cost allocation model.
- Consolidation and analysis of various Long-Term Incentive Plan structures
- Coordination of risk monitoring and reporting for the Finance & Operations function with the Group Risk Management team.
- Develop an improved and structured budgeting and forecasting policy, guidelines, and procedures.
- Drive process improvements through the organisation.
The Candidate:
- Professional accounting qualification with ideally 8+ years of similar experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a complex environment.
- Capability to drive change and process improvements.
