Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Manage and oversee the company's general ledger and ensure timely and accurate journal entries.
- VAT and PAYE returns
- Supervise Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare Customer rebate
- Prepare year-end accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or similar financial roles
- Proficiency in SAGE accounting software is essential.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Professional certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial records and producing reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
