My client – a global financial institution is seeking to hire a Senior Cash Management Sales & Solutions Specialist to join its team in Dublin South. In this role you will be responsible for delivering tailored Cash and Liquidity Management solutions for a diverse portfolio of corporate and non-bank financial institution clients. Working in partnership with relationship managers, the role emphasises identifying and developing new business opportunities, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through a consultative approach.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement action plans for key clients, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategy.
- Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and consultative sales techniques to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update a robust pipeline of potential deals for both corporate and non-financial institution clients.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, focusing on revenue retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and servicing units, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Educate relationship managers on product offerings to enhance their ability to identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Proven track record in cash management, treasury solutions, or related financial services (minimum 5 years).
- A degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cash management frameworks, including international and European practices.
- Strong consultative sales and client relationship management experience.
- Experienced in dealing with Corporate and Non Bank clients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
