Contracts Manager - Aircraft Leasing

The Role

• Deal team participation and support, including due diligence and draft contract review;
• Contract reviews, data capture and contract set up on the contract management system (Leasepoint);
• Management/Oversight of Lessee and Contingent Insurances
• Manage rent and overdue interest calculation and invoicing, collection, debt service, security deposit and letters of credit management
• Recharge and expenditure management;
• Contract milestone management;
• Manage a portfolio of contracts with airline customers
• Preparation and review of Aircraft Purchase Price Calculations
• Support key internal departments including Legal, Commercial, Accounting and Technical on a daily basis by providing information and assisting in solving problems;

The Candidate

ACA /ACCA desirable but not essential

• Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience working in Aircraft Leasing.
• Possess an ability to identify and communicate succinctly matters of importance to team members, senior management and other stakeholders.
• Possess demonstrable analytical skills and an ability to learn quickly.
• Previous experience within a Contracts Management or Finance Operations department is a distinct advantage.
