- Identify AI Opportunities – Collaborate with operations teams to assess workflows and uncover AI-driven efficiencies.
- Deploy AI-Powered Automation – Implement intelligent document processing, virtual assistants, and workflow automation.
- Enhance Productivity – Build AI tools that streamline tasks, support decision-making, and improve business insights.
- Enable AI Adoption – Train employees to use AI-powered tools effectively within governance frameworks.
- Refine & Optimize – Monitor AI impact, iterate on solutions, and continuously improve business processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Expertise – Experience in AI-driven automation, NLP, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Business Acumen – Ability to translate operational challenges into AI solutions.
- Process Optimization Skills – Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Tech Stack Knowledge – Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot, AWS AI services).
- Programming & Cloud – Proficiency in Python, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
