- Implement and maintain office procedures and policies.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and supplier contracts.
- 7 + years' experience in office management, in Financial or professional services.
- Proven experience in managing a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Highly polished and professional, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office
