Responsibilities:
- Month-end journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation)
- Balance sheet review & reconciliations (monthly)
- P&L variance analysis & analytical review
- AP invoice processing in Netsuite & payment setup
- Posting daily cash receipts from debtors
- Processing employee expense claims
- Tax & VAT compliance (VAT returns, compliance timetable)
- Assist with statutory financial statements & audits
- Improve month-end processes continuously
- Support ERP (Netsuite) development
Requirements:
- 3+ years Part-qualified accountant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with accounting systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) & multi-currency transactions
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, deadline-driven & able to work under pressure
- Skilled in multitasking & prioritisation
- Organised, proactive & detail-oriented problem solver
