My client, a leading technology development company based in North Dublin is seeking and experience Finance Manager to join their team. This role reports into the CFO. Responsibilities:
- Ownership of customer invoicing and revenue recognition process.
- Ensure timely invoicing of customers across multiple jurisdictions and accurate recording of transactions in the company’s monthly and annual accounts.
- Management and oversight of AR and AP processes
- Recording of payroll-related costs and taxes and external payroll provider reports
- Banking and cash management, including bank reconciliation, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
- Managing the group GL close process and preparation of monthly IFRS compliant consolidated management accounts and KPI reporting pack.
- Management of the annual group audit process with external auditors.
- Documenting the systems and processes of the finance function to ensure sound control structures and risk management.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term strategic plans.
- Supporting other duties as directed by the CFO.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant ideally with a Business Degree. Big 4 Trained.
- 3+ years of industry experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Experience in a fast-moving high-tech industry sector.
- International and multicurrency experience is essential.
- Experience with NetSuite and advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for management reporting.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in implementing new processes and financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Highly numerate with excellent communication skills.
