Our client is a well-known, well established, nonprofit organisation working in The Arts, is currently recruiting for a Part – Time Personal Assistant to support their Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Ideal Candidate:
Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Calendar Management – Coordinating schedules, meetings, and events for senior executives.
- Administrative & Office Support – Handling emails, filing, photocopying, organising couriers, and opening mail.
- Event & Hospitality Coordination – Managing off-site hospitality bookings, RSVPs, and other logistical arrangements.
- Ad Hoc Duties – Assisting with various tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the office and executive team.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ Years’s experience in a PA or administrative role
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
