My client, a Retail Credit firm in Ireland is looking for a Lead Administration Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent role based in South Dublin reporting to the Team Manager.
The ideal candidate will be someone looking to gain a foothold in financial services administration and wanting to pursue an APA qualification.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Screen leads for eligibility.
- Maintain lead details in Salesforce CRM.
- Send information packs to qualified leads.
- Follow up to assess client interest.
- Collaborate with Consultants and applicants.
- Manage team email inbox queries.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks in Salesforce CRM.
- Support administrative tasks throughout the sales phase.
- Assist with general office administration as needed.
Requirements:
- APA (Loans) certification is desirable.
- Experience in mortgage lending administration is an advantage, but not required.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role within a retail services company.
- Experience in a lender, broker, or other retail financial services company is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
