Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Ensure accounting system is maintained daily and reconciled monthly, reporting discrepancies
- Prepare business activity analysis reports pack each month
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts and prepare and submit CSO report each quarter
- Assist in the preparation of accounts for audit and tax returns for revenue
- Maintain Fixed Asset register including proposal for purchases and disposals Etc.
- Assist in ensuring that the company complies with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Keep up to date on all changes in tax, law and accounting practices
- Assist Senior Management in all statutory, taxation and regulatory matters as required
- Etc.
Requirements:
- Accounting qualification preferred - ATI/ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- 3+ years’ experience in a financial/accounting environment
- Double entry bookkeeping experience essential - would suit an experienced Bookkeeper
- Banking/Funds experience advantageous
- Strong IT and Advanced Excel skills with an eye for detail
