My client, a leading exclusive distributor and retailer of international brands and related aftersales services in the automotive industry, based in South Dublin, are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role.

My client, a leading exclusive distributor and retailer of international brands and related aftersales services in the automotive industry, based in South Dublin, are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing supplier invoices and issuing them for authorization/approval.
- Performing supplier reconciliations and administering supplier payments.
- Posting supplier invoices in the Purchase Ledger.
- Posting and reconciling bank transactions to the nominal ledger.
- Reconciling intercompany accounts and credit card payments.
- Responsible for the accounting and analysis of cost categories as part of month-end reporting and analysis of pending items.
- Working as part of the wider finance team, providing cover for other roles and handling general office duties.
- 2+ years’ experience within an accounts payable role or general finance role.
- Accounting technician or similar qualification is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and numeric skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, IT systems, and accounting packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
